James Blake Adam was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 14, 2014, at 7:05 a.m. He was arrested and charged by the Texas Department of Public safety with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in the amount of 4 grams or more but less than 400 grams. Bond is set at $25,000. Adam is described as a white male, date of birth March 5, 1994, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 5′ 9″ tall and weighing 155 pounds.

Adam is currently on probation for family violence assault causing bodily injury. Following his plea of guilty, he was sentenced on May 13, 2014, to one year in jail, probated for two years, a fine of $1000, along with 60 hours of community service. He made it four months before being rearrested.
