Jesus Gallegos was booked into the Rockwall County Jail on October 24, 2014, at 1:48 a.m. He was arrested by the Rockwall County Sheriff’s Department and charged with manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 4 grams or more but less than 400 grams, bond set at $125,000, and unlawful carrying of a weapon, bond set at $1000. Gallegos is described as a white male, 23 years of age, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 5′ 10” tall and weighing 135 pounds.
It is believed Gallagos was arrested with Felipe Antonio Bernal who faces the same charges.
