Digger Odell Page arrested by Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department

Digger Odell PageDigger Odell Page was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on May 16, 2017, at 3:42 p.m.  He was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14 years of age. Page is being held without bond. Page is described as a white male, date of birth July 14, 1987, with green eyes and brown hair, standing 6’ 9” tall and weighing 211 pounds.

On February 22, 2012, in Kaufman County, Page was placed on two years deferred adjudication probation and ordered to pay a fine of $500, restitution of $3900, and to perform 80 hours of community service.

On October 18, 2012, that probation was adjudicated following Page’s plea of guilty to additional felony offenses committed while he was on probation including burglary of a building, theft $1500-$20,000, unauthorized use of a vehicle, and another theft $1500-$20,000. Page was then sentenced to one year in state jail at that time.

On April 23, 2014, also in Kaufman County, Page entered pleas of guilty to two charges of burglary of a habitation and a charge of burglary of a building. Page was sentenced to one year in state jail on the burglary of a building charge and sentenced to 10 years in state prison on the burglary of a habitation charges, as well as fines of $500 and $5508.50 in restitution.
