Kristin Shelton Schutz was booked into Rockwall County Jail on June 29, 2014, and charged with public intoxication. Schutz was arrested and charged by Rockwall County Sheriff’s Department.  A bond has not yet been set on the charge.  She was admitted at 10:49 p.m. Schutz is described as a white female, 32 years old, with hazel eyes and red hair, standing 5’ 6″ tall and weighing 120 pounds.
