Varhn Jackson Hornaday was booked into the Rockwall County Jail on December 4, 2014, at 8:39 p.m. He was arrested by the Rockwall County Sheriff’s Department and charged with sexual performance by a child under 14 years of age, employ, direct, or promote. Bond is set at $50,000. Hornaday is described as a white male, 42 years of age, with hazel eyes and brown hair, standing 6′ tall and weighing 190 pounds.
Hornaday was previously arrested on October 31, 2014, in Rockwall County and charged with sales or distribution of harmful materials to a minor. He was released the next day after posting a $1,000 bond. No charges are currently pending against Hornaday in Rockwall County.

UPDATE: On September 17, 2015, Hornaday entered a plea of guilty or nolo contendre in Rockwall County to the first-degree felony offense of sexual performance by a child under 14 years of age, employ, direct, or promote as well as a plea of guilty or nolo contendre to the second-degree felony offense of indecency with a child sexual contact. He received a sentence of 5 years in prison in each case along with fines of $5000 and $2000, respectively.
On the same date, Hornaday also entered a plea of guilty or nolo to the class “A” misdemeanor charge of sale, distribution, or display of harmful materials to a minor and received a sentence of 360 days in jail and a fine of $1000 in that case.
