Henre L. Davis was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on December 16, 2015, at 7:08 p.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of capital murder. Davis, along with Deion Young and a third person, was charged in connection with the murder of George Moss on November 28, 2015, who was found in front of his home in Windmill Farms with a gunshot wound to the back of his head.
On September 3, 2015, Davis entered a plea of guilty in Dallas County to charges of making a terroristic threat and evading arrest or detention with a vehicle and received a sentence of 60 days and 30 days in jail and was given credit for 23 and 14 days already served, respectively.
On December 16, 2015, Davis entered a plea of guilty in Dallas County to a charge of possession of marijuana and received a sentence of 30 days in jail and was given credit for 12 days already served. That case was filed by Highland Park PD.
