Joseph Ray Hebert was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on October 5, 2014, at 10:10 p.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 3 in an amount of under 28 grams and theft of property by check in an amount of $20 or more but less than $500. Bonds have not yet been set. Hebert also has a possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear out of Terrell JP court with bonds not yet set. Hebert is described as a white male, date of birth May 16, 1990, with brown eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 4” tall and weighing 160 pounds.
The theft by check case was filed in January, 2014, and is still pending. The possession of a controlled substance case appears to be new. The two cases out of Terrell resulted in Hebert failing to abide by payment plans entered into in those cases which were filed in 2007.
