Crecy was placed on probation for multiple felonies in October, 2013, including theft of property $1500-$20k, burglary of a habitation, and unauthorized use of a vehicle. He made it a couple months before a motion to revoke his probation was filed on March 5 and another on July 23. This new theft offense is alleged to have occurred on August 4. It makes you wonder when the judge will say, “enough is enough”.
