Robert Wayne Tijerina was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on October 15, 2014, at 1:45 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department and charged with theft of a firearm. Bond was set at $5000 which he subsequently posted. On November 8, 2014, Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department arrested Tijerina on an additional charge of engaging in organized criminal activity filed by Forney Police Department. Bond is set at $10,000 on that charge. Tijerina is described as a white male, date of birth July 14, 1997, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 6′ 2″ tall and weighing 205 pounds.
Tijerina was originally arrested by Forney PD along with brothers Jonah Patrick Taylor and Zachary Dameron Taylor, following a recent rash of thefts and burglaries in the area. Also arrested was Brandon Lowe Morgan. Theft of a firearm is a state jail felony.
