Jeffrey Mark Rice was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on May 19, 2015, at 2:12 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department and charged with failure to identify giving false/fictitious information, bond set at $750 and possession of drug paraphernalia, bond set at $361. Rice is described as a white male, date of birth September 13, 1994, with brown eyes and brown hair, standing 6’ tall and weighing 170 pounds.
One reason Rice may not have wanted to identify himself is because he is currently on 3 years’ deferred adjudication probation since January, 2013, for the offenses of burglary of a building and theft $1500 – $20,000. He has also had at least one prior probation violation which resulted in the terms of his community supervision being extended.
Rice also had a previous failure to identify giving false/fictitious information case which was dismissed in January, 2013.
According to his Facebook profile, Rice lives in Forney and attended Forney High School but is from Jacksonville, Florida.
