Jacqueline Marie Cox was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on January 11, 2016, at 11:20 a.m. She was arrested by the Forney Police Department on a charge of failure to identify as a fugitive intentionally giving false information. Bond is set at $3000. Cox is also being held on a probation violation warrant from Kaufman County, bond is set at $25,000. Also, Cox is being held on a hold for Dallas County with bond set at $25,000. Cox is described as a white female, date of birth February 3, 1988, with brown eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 6” tall and weighing 140 pounds.
Cox and a male companion were both arrested by Forney PD following a traffic stop on eastbound 80 on January 10, 2016, at 1:16 pm. Cox initially lied about her identity. Seven people were arrested by Forney PD in separate traffic stops in just a few hours on that day.
On December 22, 2014, Cox entered a plea of guilty in Kaufman County to the charge of engaging in organized criminal activity and was placed on 3 years deferred adjudication probation and ordered to pay a fine of $500 as well as to perform 120 hours of community service. A motion to revoke that probation was filed on June 5, 2015. Cox has previously been charged in Kaufman County with theft $500-$1500 and theft $50-$500 which were both dismissed on February 12, 2015.
In Dallas County, Cox entered a plea of guilty on February 16, 2015, to a charge of possession of a controlled substance under 1 gram filed by Mesquite PD and was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation. On July 2, 2015, a motion to revoke that probation was filed which constitutes the current hold for Dallas County.
Also in Dallas County, Cox entered a plea of guilty February 19, 2015, to a charge of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces filed by Mesquite PD. Cox was sentenced to 30 days in jail and given credit for 45 days already served.
