She was reportedly at a bar (was Fat Dawgs, then Brooklyn’s for a minute, now The Icehouse) which shares the same parking lot when her ex-husband arrived to obtain property which was to be turned over to him.
No previous criminal history was found for Briggs other than speeding ticket charges in both Kaufman County and Dallas County.
