Brandy Marie Carrillo arrested by Rockwall County Sheriff's Department

Brandy Marie Carrillo was booked into the Rockwall County Jail on June 17, 2014, and charged with driving while intoxicated with a child under 15. Carrillo was arrested by Rockwall County Sheriff's Department and charged by Rockwall County Sheriff's Department. She is being held without bond.
