Michael David Alexander was booked into Rockwall County Jail on June 6, 2014, and charged with fraudulent sale of securities over $100k and theft of property over $100k less than $200k.  Alexander was arrested by Rockwall Sheriff’s Department and charged by Rockwall Police Department.  Alexander does not have a bond set on the charges.  He was admitted at 6:55 p.m. Alexander is described as a white male, 45 years of age with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 6’ tall and weighing 265 pounds.

So this guy gets convicted of selling some scam involving Amazon rainforest timber and the judge makes him go to jail the first weekend of every June to remind him of what will happen if he does not pay restitution.
