Alexander Damion Monckton arrested by Texas Department of Public Safety

Alexander Damion MoncktonAlexander Damion Monckton was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on July 4, 2014. He was arrested by Texas Department of Public Safety and charged by Crandall Police Department with speeding 16-20 mph over 85 mph in a 60 mph zone (max speed could have been over 100 mph), speeding 1-15 mph over 81 mph in a 60 mph zone (max speed could have been over 95 mph), consumption of alcohol by a minor, expired registration, and expired operators license.  No bonds were set on the charges.  He was admitted at 12:41 a.m. Monckton is described as a white male, date of birth January 7, 1993, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 11” tall and weighing 155 pounds.

In addition, Monckton was charged in 2010 with driving with license suspended/invalid and speeding; in 2012 with public intoxication by a minor, minor in possession of alcohol, indecency with a child, and with the sale, distribution or display of harmful material to a minor; in 2013 with indecency with a child, expired drivers license, deadly conduct, indecency with a child sexual contract, and assault of a family or house member impeding breath or circulation. Criminal records show a Scurry address for Monckton.
