Carl Wesley Browning arrested by Forney Police Department

Carl Wesley Browning was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on July 6, 2014, at 7:58 p.m. He was arrested and charged by Forney Police Department with possession of marijuana under two ounces. Bond is set at $750. Browning is described as a white male, date of birth November 8, 1959, with hazel eyes and grey hair, standing 5’ 11” tall and weighing 210 pounds. Browning does not have a criminal history in Kaufman County but has arrests dating back to 1978 in Dallas County including possession of a controlled substance, several marijuana possessions, evading arrest, and failing to identify.
