Information indicated he may no longer live in Forney as he was previously given a criminal trespass warning from his residence and possibly came here just to bring terror or harm to the female party.

He has previously been charged with several terroristic threat charges, assault physical contact, unlawful carrying of a weapon, and unlawful restraint (acquitted by jury in that case) in Kaufman County as well as theft over $200, assault, unlawful carrying of a weapon, and a civil protection order in Dallas County.
