Jared Franklin Helbert was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on August 24, 2014, at 11:01 p.m. He was arrested and charged by the Terrell Police Department with three counts of sexual assault of a child. Helbert is described as a white male, date of birth January 15, 1992, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 4’ 2” (?) tall and weighing 110 pounds.
