Casey Rene DeGraff arrested by Forney Police Department

Casey Rene DeGraafCasey Rene DeGraff was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 29, 2014, at 1:53 p.m. She was arrested by the Forney Police Department and was charged by the County Court Kaufman with motion to revoke probation. Bond is set at $10,000. DeGraff was also charged by JP court precinct 3 in Terrell with driving on wrong side of road no passing, bond set at $326.30, and failure to appear, bond set at $371.80. DeGraff is described as a white female, date of birth September 1, 1994, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 5′ 9″ tall and weighing 140 pounds.

Court records indicate DeGraff was originally charged on October 4, 2012, with theft of property of the value of $50 or more but less than $500 for an incident alleged to have occurred on July 13, 2012. On July 11, 2013, DeGraff entered a plea of guilty to the charge and was placed on 9 months deferred adjudication probation along with a fine of $500 and ordered to perform 24 hours of community service. A motion to revoke that probation was filed on March 17, 2014.

The driving on the wrong side of the road no passing case was filed on September 25, 2013, from an incident alleged to have occurred on September 10, 2013. A subsequent failure to appear case was filed on October 4, 2013.
