Jason Davis Hastings arrested by Forney Police Department

Jason Davis Hastings was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 26, 2014, at 7:33 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department and charged with fraudulent use or possession of identifying information number of items between 5 and 10, bond is set at $10,000, and possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 1 gram or less, bond is set at $5000. Hastings also has a hold for Addison PD for the offense of driving while intoxicated 2^nd, bond set at $3500. Hastings is described as a white male, date of birth December 15, 1980, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 9” tall and weighing 215 pounds. Another arrest by an alert Forney police officer.
