Pedro JR Segura was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 17, 2014, at 7:11 p.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department and charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child, victim under 14. There is no bond. Segura is described as a white male, date of birth May 14, 1959, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 5′ 7″ tall and weighing 174 pounds.

Segura has a number of sex related charges in Kaufman County. There are separate entries for continuous sexual abuse of a young child or children, continuous sexual abuse of a child victim under 14, three separate charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child, indecency with a child sexual contact, aggravated assault of a date, family or house member with a weapon, and another entry for both continuous sexual abuse of a child victim under 14 along with another aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Due to the way Kaufman County reports their criminal offenses online, it is unclear if some of these are refiles of the same case or separate case numbers following indictment, but that is highly likely. Court records do indicate Segura was found guilty by a jury on September 17, 2014, of either one or both charges of continuous sexual abuse of a child victim under 14 and/or aggravated sexual assault of a child.
