Rachel Marie Harman was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 23, 2014, at 10:36 p.m. She was arrested by the Forney Police Department and charged with two counts of credit or debit card abuse. Bonds are set at $5000 on each charge. Harman is described as a white female, date of birth June 17, 1982, with green eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 9” tall and weighing 230 pounds.

One note here, the “bond type” on the booking screen is listed as an “appeal bond”. No previous convictions could be located in Kaufman County from which she may be appealing; it may be a booking error or possibly she is appealing a conviction from another jurisdiction.

Harman does have a prior conviction out of Dallas County for theft over $50 after her probation was revoked in April of 2014. That case shows a Terrell address for Harman.
