Spencer Reese Reyes arrested by Forney Police Department

Spencer Reese Reyes was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 25, 2014, at 7:44 p.m. She was arrested by the Forney Police Department and was charged by the Kaufman County Sheriff's Department with bond forfeiture. Bond is set at $750. Reyes is described as a white female, date of birth May 6, 1997, with blue eyes and black hair, standing 5' 5" tall and weighing 135 pounds. Reyes was originally charged with theft of property of the value of $50 or more but less than $500 and was arrested in Forney for the incident which is alleged to have occurred on May 13, 2014. Following her arrest, Reyes posted a personal recognizance bond. However, she failed to appear at her first court date on July 28, 2014, in Kaufman County and her bond was forfeited. A warrant for her arrest was issued on August 29, 2014. According to her Facebook page, she attended North Forney High School and appears below in a photo dated July 11, 2014, which is accessible by the public on her page.
