Trevor Wayne Taylor was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 26, 2014, at 9:27 p.m. He was arrested by the Terrell Police Department and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 under 1 gram in a drug free zone. Bond is set at $20,000. Taylor is described as a white male, date of birth August 2, 1994, with brown eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 11” tall and weighing 140 pounds.
According to his Facebook pages, he is from Quinlan, lives in Royse City, and graduated from Royse City High School in 2013. He has no prior criminal history in Kaufman County however he was charged in Rockwall County with forgery of a financial instrument on August 28, 2013. Taylor received three years deferred adjudication probation, 100 hours of community service, and a fine of $500 in that case on December 31, 2013.
Just over 4 months later on April 9, 2014, a motion to adjudicate his guilt was filed. On June 17, 2014, Taylor was sentenced to 6 months confinement in a state jail facility.
He must not have been out very long before being arrested on this charge.
