Weaver has a fairly long list of prior charges in Kaufman County including disorderly conduct, public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia x2, criminal trespass, minor in possession, possession of marijuana 2 to 4 ounces, no liability insurance, no valid driver’s license, driving while intoxicated, and two separate charges of assault causes bodily injury family violence (both of which were subsequently dismissed).
