Morgan was arrested by Forney PD along with Robert Wayne Tijerina following a recent rash of thefts and burglaries in the area. Also arrested were brothers Jonah Patrick Taylor and Zachary Dameron Taylor.
Morgan was previously charged in Kaufman County with burglary of a vehicle. He entered a plea of guilty to that charge on August 1, 2013, and was placed on 9 months deferred adjudication probation and assessed a fine of $500, $40 in restitution, and ordered to perform 24 hours of community service. On May 16, 2014, five months prior to his current arrest, the case against him was dismissed following his successful completion of the terms and conditions of his probation.
Morgan also recently posted photos on his Facebook profile from his trip to London, Paris, and Egypt in August which appears to have been quite exciting. The profile indicates he is from Terrell, lives in Forney, and studied at TVCC.
