James Ray Harris Jr arrested by Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department

James Ray Harris JrJames Ray Harris Jr was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on October 18, 2014, at 7:04 p.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department and charged with injury to a child, elderly, or disabled person with intent to cause bodily injury. Bond is set at $20,000. Harris is described as a white male, date of birth September 15, 1964, with brown eyes and brown hair, standing 5′ 7″ tall and weighing 300 pounds.

Harris was previously charged in Kaufman County with injury to a child, elderly, or disabled person recklessly causing bodily injury. That case was dismissed “in the interest of justice” on January 3, 2007.
