Russell Wayne Culpepper was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on October 16, 2014, at 9:30 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department and charged with driving while intoxicated 3rd or more. Bond is set at $50,000. Culpepper is described as a white male, date of birth October 26, 1961, with blue eyes and gray hair, standing 5′ 10″ tall and weighing 180 pounds.
Culpepper was arrested by Forney PD on October 14 following a report of a reckless driver who subsequently caused a three car accident on eastbound Highway 80 at the Pinson Road exit at 5:54 pm.
Culpepper has previously been charged with a long list of nickel and dime offenses in Kaufman County including criminal mischief, reckless conduct, public intoxication, open container, and urinating in public.
