Damien Damion Paul arrested by Terrell Police Department

Damien Damion PaulDamien Damion Paul was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on November 22, 2014, at 9:26 p.m. He was arrested by the Terrell Police Department and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 1 gram or more but less than 4 grams, bond set at $100,000, and evading arrest or detention with a previous conviction, bond set at $50,000. Paul is described as a black male, date of birth October 13, 1992, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 5’ 11” tall and weighing 170 pounds.

On September 11, 2014, Paul entered a plea of guilty in Kaufman County to the offense of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of less than 1 gram and received 3 years deferred adjudication probation, a fine of $1000, and was ordered to perform 120 hours of community service. He is currently on probation in that case. On the same date, a possession of marijuana over 2 ounces less than 4 ounces in a drug free zone was dismissed following his plea of guilty in the other case.

On March 24, 2011, Paul received a sentence of 10 days in jail and a fine of $250 following his plea of guilty to possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.

On December 17, 2010, Paul received a sentence of 15 days in jail and a fine of $350 following his plea of guilty to evading arrest or detention.

Paul was also charged twice in 2010 with failing to attend school and failure to appear on those charges.
