David Clifton Dulworth arrested by Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department

David Clifton DulworthDavid Clifton Dulworth was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on November 19, 2014, at 7:10 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department and (again) charged with stalking. Bond is set at $50,000. Dulworth is described as a white male, date of birth March 20, 1969, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 8” tall and weighing 220 pounds. (Note, this person was originally reported as being arrested by Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department which was incorrectly reported by Kaufman County jail booking information. Their mistake has since been corrected to Forney Police Department online).

After his last arrest for the same charge in August, Dulworth entered a plea of guilty to harassment on October 6, 2014, and was sentenced to 1 year deferred adjudication probation and ordered to perform 40 hours of community service. He is still on probation in that case and made it about 6 weeks before being arrested for allegedly committing the same offense again. See link to previous arrest above for more background on Dulworth.

The current arrest occurred at 3:28 am, Wednesday, November 19, 2014, on FM 548 north of Reeder Rd following a report of harassment by a resident on Larkspur Drive.

David Clifton Dulworth updateUpdate: Dulworth was again booked in the Kaufman County Jail on March 27, 2015, at 1:27 p.m. Dulworth is being held on a motion to revoke the probation he received on the harassment charge. The motion to revoke probation was filed on November 21, 2014, only about 6 weeks after he was placed on probation.
