Brandon Roy BootheBrandon Roy Boothe was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on December 8, 2014, at 10:05 p.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department and charged with: evading arrest or detention with a previous conviction, bond set at $80,000; resisting arrest, search, or transport, bond set at $4,000; and possession of marijuana in an amount of less than 2 ounces, bond set at $1,500. Boothe is described as a white male, date of birth December 2, 1988, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 6′ 1″ tall and weighing 185 pounds.

No prior criminal history could be found in Kaufman county for Boothe. In Dallas county however, Boothe has an extensive criminal history:
