Rojelio Martinez Jr arrested by Rowlett Police Department

Rojelio Martinez Jr was booked into the Rockwall County Jail on December 18, 2014, at 2:38 a.m. He was arrested by the Rowlett Police Department and charged by Rockwall with capital murder by terror threat / other felony. Bond is set at $1,000,000. Martinez also has a hold for TDCJ (looks like he is on parole) and two holds for Lancaster PD for failing to signal and failure to maintain financial responsibility. Martinez is described as a white male, 19 years of age, with hazel eyes and brown hair, standing 5' 11" tall and weighing 200 pounds. Martinez was arrested following an incident in which a person was shot and who later was either pushed from or jumped from a vehicle at a gas station in Rowlett. The person later died at an area hospital.
