Victor King Webb was booked into the Rockwall County Jail on December 10, 2014, at 12:18 a.m. He was arrested by the Rockwall Police Department and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams, bond set at $50,000, and possession of drug paraphernalia, bond set at $500. Webb is also being held without bond on a probation violation hold for the US Marshal’s Office, Eastern District of Texas. Webb is described as a white male, 54 years of age, with brown eyes and grey hair, standing 5′ 7” tall and weighing 145 pounds.
Webb has several prior misdemeanor and felony convictions in Dallas County. Most notably, a 2 year prison sentence for burglary of a habitation and credit card abuse in 1984 and a delivery of a controlled substance over 4 grams in 2001 which was ultimately dismissed two years later in 2003 at the request of the district attorney’s office.
