James Bradley Aston arrested by Forney Police Department

James Bradley Aston was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on February 11, 2015, at 2:06 a.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department and charged with driving while intoxicated, bond set at $1500 and possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 3 in an amount of less than 28 grams, bond set at $3000. Aston is described as a white male, date of birth July 12, 1968, with blue eyes and blond hair, standing 5’11” tall and weighing 140 pounds. Aston was arrested after his vehicle was involved in a rollover accident on eastbound Highway 80 at the Gateway bridge at 1:19 a.m. on February 10, 2015. Aston was subsequently transported to Lake Pointe Hospital in Forney for a breath test / blood draw. Aston has no previous arrests in Kaufman County but has been previously charged in Dallas County with burglary of a habitation, obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, and possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.
