Vincente Villalon-Mendoza arrested by Forney Police Department

Vincente Villalon-MendozaVincente Villalon-Mendoza was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on February 23, 2015, at 6:32 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department and charged with driving while intoxicated 2nd. Bond is set at $3500. Villalon-Mendoza also is being held without bond on a hold for Immigration and Naturalization Service. Villalon-Mendoza is described as a white male, date of birth November 16, 1980, with brown eyes and brown hair, standing 5’9” tall and weighing 160 pounds.

Villalon-Mendoza was arrested by Forney PD on Sunday morning, February 22, 2015, following numerous 911 calls regarding a possibly intoxicated driver on eastbound Highway 80 in Forney.

On August 22, 2011, Mendoza entered a plea of guilty to the charge of DWI in Kaufman County and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, probated for 18 months, 20 hours of community service, and a fine of $500. On March 6, 2013, Mendoza was discharged from probation.
