Marcello Deon HortonMarcello Deon Horton was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on April 3, 2015, (edited for date typo) at 5:18 a.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman Police Department and charged with: manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams, bond set at $100,000; delivery of marijuana in an amount of 1/4 ounce or more but less than 5 pounds, bond set at $6000; driving with license invalid with previous conviction or suspension without financial responsibility, bond set at $2000; and possession of drug paraphernalia, bond set at $500. Horton is described as a black male, date of birth July 30, 1982, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 6’ tall and weighing 180 pounds.

Horton has been previously convicted in the Kaufman County for the offenses of driving while license invalid and fleeing a police office. Horton has also previously been convicted in Dallas County for the offense of failing to identify as a fugitive.
