Casey Wyatt Minshew was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on July 21, 2015, at 10:17 p.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department on charges of aggravated robbery and evading arrest or detention. Bonds have not yet been set. Minshew is described as a white male, date of birth March 21, 1996, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 10” tall and weighing 154 pounds.
Earlier in the day, five suspects were arrested following an almost five hour long manhunt in Terrell south of Interstate 20. The men are suspected of committing a home invasion in the area while wearing police tactical gear and identifying themselves as police officers.
Minshew had a prior criminal mischief $1500-$20,000 in Kaufman County which was dismissed in September, 2014.
