Lynn Walter Smalley arrested by Forney Police Department

Lynn Walter Smalley was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on July 15, 2015, at 10:03 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of less than 1 gram. Bond is set at $5,000. Smalley also has a hold for Dallas County with bond set at $1000. Smalley is described as a white male, date of birth May 24, 1972, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 8” tall and weighing 180 pounds. No prior criminal offenses could be located for Smalley in Kaufman County or Dallas County. According to his Facebook profile, Smalley lives in Forney.
