UPDATE: Crow subsequently posted bond on the second charge and was indicted by a Kaufman County Grand Jury on September 30, 2015, for the third-degree felony charge of tampering with a witness. On October 27, 2015, Crow was also indicted for the first-degree felony charge of aggravated sexual assault.

UPDATE: Crow later entered a plea of guilty to the aggravated sexual assault charge and, on August 8, 2017 (two years after her original arrest), Judge Michael Chitty, without entering any finding of guilt or conviction on the charge, deferred the adjudication of her guilt and placed Crow on probation for a period of 10 years, ordered she pay a fine of $10,000, and perform 400 hours of community service. At the end of the probationary period (which could also be reduced), Crow would be eligible to have the charge dismissed if all terms and conditions of probation are successfully completed.

However, Crow is currently confined in the Kaufman County Jail following her sentencing. It is possible she was ordered to serve some jail time as a condition of probation but this is not reflected in the online sentencing records.

The witness tampering case is still pending but it appears it may be dismissed in the near future. No sentence has been entered in that case according to online records.
