David Vincent Glasgow arrested by Forney Police Department

David Vincent GlasgowDavid Vincent Glasgow was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 1, 2015, at 10:48 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department on a charge of driving while intoxicated 3rd or more, bond set at $10,000. Glasgow is described as a white male, date of birth February 8, 1977, with green eyes and brown hair, standing 6’ 3” tall and weighing 253 pounds.

Glasgow was arrested by Forney PD at 3:04 am on August 31 following a traffic stop which began at Ridge Crest and Branch but he failed to stop until he reached a residence on Thunder Trail.

Glasgow is currently on probation for DWI 2nd out of Kaufman County following his plea of guilty on April 16, 2014. At that time, he was sentenced to one year in jail, probated for two years, 200 hours community service, 3 days in jail as a condition of probation, and a fine of $4000 along with court costs and other costs. Court records indicate Glasgow has only paid $330 on the costs and still owes over $5500 in fines and fees on that case.

Glasgow was previously convicted of DWI in Dallas County and, following his plea of guilty on September 18, 2002, successfully completed a sentence of 180 days in jail which was probated for 2 years.
