Kendrick Ray Howard arrested by Forney Police Department

Kendrick Ray HowardKendrick Ray Howard was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on October 14, 2015, at 8:41 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department on charges of: possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 in an amount of less than 1 gram, bond set at $15,000, and possession of marijuana under 2 ounces, bond set at $3,500. Howard is described as a black male, date of birth April 25, 1985, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 5’ 7” tall and weighing 205 pounds.

Howard was arrested by Forney PD after he was discovered in his running vehicle, slumped over the steering wheel, on the south service road at 548, on Tuesday, October 13, 2015, at 11:42 p.m.

In Dallas County, Howard has convictions for evading arrest, failing to identify as a fugitive, possession of marijuana, theft 50, theft 500, felony theft enhanced, and felony possession of cocaine.

In Collin County, Howard has been convicted of burglary of a habitation, possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, and unlawful possession of a firearm.

No prior criminal charges could be found for Howard in Kaufman County.
