Mitchell Weston Miller arrested by Kaufman Police Department

Mitchell Weston MillerMitchell Weston Miller was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on February 26, 2016, at 10:37 p.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman Police Department on a charge of possession with intent to promote child pornography, bond is set at $500,000. Miller is described as a white male, date of birth August 10, 1983, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 6’ 4” tall and weighing 265 pounds.

According to the Terrell Tribune, Miller was arrested at 6:20 a.m. on Friday, February 26, 2016, as a result of an ongoing investigation into possession of, and distribution of, child pornography. Investigators later executed a search warrant at Miller’s residence the 1600 block of Rand Road, which is across the street from Helen Edwards Early Childhood Development Center, and seized several electronic devices. Additional charges may be forthcoming.

Miller was previously charged in Kaufman County with driving while license invalid which was dismissed in May, 2014. In January, 2015, he was charged with driving with license suspended which was also dismissed in October, 2015, after completing deferred adjudication probation.

On January 10, 2015, Miller was also arrested by Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department on four holds for the Red Oak Police Department.
