Debra Kerrol Foreman was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on March 21, 2016, at 9:08 p.m. She was arrested by the Forney Police Department on a charge of driving while intoxicated 3rd. Bond is set at $10,000. Foreman also has three holds for Dallas Police Department in the amounts of $428.70, $412.70, and $373.70. Foreman is described as a black female, date of birth June 24, 1955, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 5’ 6” tall and weighing 250 pounds.
Foreman was arrested by Forney PD on Sunday, March 20, 2016, at 9:08 pm, following a report of a possibly intoxicated driver on eastbound 80 who was traveling between 20 and 40 miles per hour and weaving onto the shoulder.
Both of Foreman’s previous dwi charges were in Dallas County in 2012. Her probation for a first dwi was revoked when she was arrested for a second dwi also in 2012. Foreman was sentenced to 90 days in jail on both cases in 2013 and was released after serving 30 days of that sentence.
