Michael Wayne Boston was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on April 15, 2016, at 12:19 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department on charges of: evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, bond is set at $7500 and accident involving damage to a vehicle in an amount of $200 or more, bond is set at $1000. Boston also has a hold for Brazoria County with bond set at $1500. Boston is described as a white male, date of birth November 3, 1967, with hazel eyes and brown hair, standing 6’ tall and weighing 225 pounds.
Boston was arrested by Forney PD on Thursday, April 14, 2016, following a report of a hit and run accident at 1641 and Fox Hollow. The complainant managed to follow the suspect south on 1641 until Forney PD could arrive on scene at which time Boston refused to stop and continued driving. Following a brief pursuit, Boston stopped his vehicle and was subsequently arrested.
The hold from Brazoria County stems from a charge of driving while intoxicated with an open container which was filed in February, 2003, from a December, 2002, incident. That case is still pending and a warrant for his arrest has been active in that case since August, 2003.
Boston’s license plate returned to an address in Forney and insurance was unconfirmed on his vehicle.
