Dylan Kyle Ohara was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on May 13, 2016, at 12:18 a.m.  He was arrested by the Forney Police Department on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bond is set at $35,000. Ohara is described as a white male, date of birth March 20, 1992, with hazel eyes and brown hair, standing 6’ 2” tall and weighing 170 pounds.

Ohara was arrested by Forney PD on May 12, 2016, at 12:22 am, following a report of a man who pulled a gun on a person in Gateway Cedars Apartments parking lot. Ohara was later located inside an apartment at that location where he lived.

Ohara was previously charged in 2013 with the offense of criminal mischief $500 – $1500 in Kaufman County. No disposition of that case is on record.
