Chad Anthony Hill was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on June 25, 2017, at 11:41 a.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department on charges of: kidnapping, bond set at $5000; making a terroristic threat causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury, bond set at $750; and evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, bond set at $5000. Hill is described as a white male, date of birth August 29, 1986, with brown eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 8” tall and weighing 140 pounds.
Hill was arrested by Forney PD on Friday, June 23, following a report by a female who advised a male struck her vehicle with his fist and threatened to kill her in the area of York Street. The complainant advised the altercation developed over some sort of road rage incident. She also advised the male said he had a gun but did not display it.
The complainant was told to proceed to Food Fast and await an officer. The complainant was able to provide a good description of the male, his vehicle, and also provided a photograph.
At almost the same time, a second report was received from a complainant on Appaloosa who advised a male matching the description of the suspect attempted to abduct a 21-year-old female from that location. The suspect was later chased down the street by the mother of the female and was last seen turning right on Red Bud.
Forney PD was already in the area searching for the suspect and later found a vehicle that matched the description. A traffic stop was attempted at Tumbleweed and Starlight but the suspect failed to yield. A brief chase ensued as the suspect went down Pinson, turned on Red Bud, and was finally stopped in the 700 block of Red Bud.
The suspect was subsequently arrested and his vehicle was towed. The vehicle was registered to a female in Forney.
