Patsee Alexandria Stuart was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on July 7, 2014, at 2:03 a.m. She was arrested and charged by Kaufman Police Department with possession of marijuana under two ounces and failing to pay $424 on an open container charge filed on January 29, 2014, to which she pled guilty on February 24, 2014. Bond has not been set on the marijuana charge. Stuart is described as a white female, date of birth December 18, 1988, with hazel eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 8” tall and weighing 175 pounds. In addition to the open container charge, Stuart was also previously charged in Kaufman County with speeding in 2008 and assault of a public servant in 2009.
